Description
• Conducts due diligence on records for new and existing suppliers to ensure compliance with federal regulations and policies • Ensures government compliance forms are completed including W9 and W8 forms for new suppliers to ensure accuracy of 1099 and 1042S reporting • Acts as a conduit between campus stakeholders, central offices, and suppliers to update and complete records • Responds to supplier inquiries related to supplier record • Manages relationships with suppliers as required and appropriate • Verifies vendor change requests and updates in necessary systems in accordance with maintenance procedures • Conducts periodic audit of vendor database • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• 2+ years’ experience • Remote in Chicago, IL • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills. • Compliance Federal, and State policies and regulations. • Supply • Procurement
