Description

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior HR Specialist to join our team. • In this role, you will support various HR functions and gain hands-on experience in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks. • This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Maintain HR records, handle employee documentation, and support the HR team with various administrative tasks. • Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns, and support the HR team in maintaining positive working relationships. • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires including pre-onboarding activities, orientation sessions, and probation period check-ins. • Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and local labor laws. • Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. • Use HRIS systems to maintain employee data and assist in generating HR-related reports.

Requirements

• About 1 year of HR experience or relevant internship experience in an HR-related role. • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. • Emotional Intelligence: Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and a mindful approach, building positive relationships with employees. • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. • Problem-Solving Skills: Basic problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude in identifying and resolving HR-related issues. • English Proficiency: Upper-intermediate to advanced English language skills • HRIS Knowledge: Basic experience with HRIS systems or a willingness to learn. • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a strong willingness to support the HR team in various functions.
