• The Low Code Platforms practice works as a global organization as part of SoftServe Digital Platforms Group and addresses the rapidly growing demand for Low Code platforms. • The team builds cross-industry Low-code solutions. • Responsible for both development and advisory services in accordance with platform design best practices.

Requirements

• ServiceNow platform, including key modules and capabilities. • Understanding of integration methods such as REST, SOAP, and API management. • Creating HLDs and LLDs for integration and process improvement projects. • Archimate or similar architectural modeling tools. • Gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements. • Mapping business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
