• We are seeking an experienced System Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Systems to join our dynamic team. • The role involves end-to-end responsibility for both development and maintenance of digital solutions in the transportation, logistics, and supply chain industry. • You will be addressing critical system issues, diagnosing root causes by reading code, querying databases, and collaborating across teams to develop effective, long-lasting solutions. • Our ideal candidate has a problem-solving mindset and the ability to dive into complex systems. • We emphasize mindset over hard skills.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in system engineering with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. • Expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues in enterprise systems. • Ability to work in an agile Scrumban environment with an emphasis on collaboration, incident resolution, and iterative development. • Strong problem-solving skills: ability to take unclear or incomplete issue reports and find the root cause. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders clearly. • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
