Description

• Support and maintain Salesforce operations, including data models, data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and custom code • Troubleshoot and resolve technical application issues for internal teams • Assist in developing and customizing solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business needs and project requirements • Apply best practices in areas such as integration, deployment, and testing (unit and system testing) • Collaborate with global teams to meet critical deadlines and mission goals • Help identify improvement opportunities to enhance user experience and application performance • Work closely with internal departments like software engineering, product management, and revenue teams to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs • Gain hands-on experience with technologies like Visualforce, Apex, and others to build tailored solutions

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce development • Foundational understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ) with experience configuring and developing in sandbox environments • Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce: Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components, Force.com APIs, and SOAP/REST Web Services • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support small to medium-sized projects • Eagerness to learn and apply best practices in Salesforce development • Understanding of the Salesforce platform and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other applications • Interest in designing solutions with a focus on usability and simplicity • Salesforce certifications or familiarity with CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud is preferred • Experience or exposure to Salesforce OmniStudio is a plus
