📋 Description
• Provide high-quality legal advice on a broad range of employment law matters across LATAM. • Develop and provide innovative, practical business-driven solutions. • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to implement employment practices. • Manage employment-related disputes, claims, and litigation across LATAM. • Monitor and interpret new employment laws and regulations. • Draft, review, and update employment-related agreements and policies. • Participate in the creation and delivery of training related to employment law matters.
🎯 Requirements
• Qualified lawyer in Brazil, Colombia or another jurisdiction in the LATAM region. • 5-8 years of employment law experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
