• Help G-P navigate complexities of employment law across LATAM. • Provide legal advice on hiring, employee relations, and compliance. • Develop strategies with HR and Operations teams. • Manage employment-related disputes and litigation. • Monitor new employment laws and regulations. • Draft and update employment-related agreements and policies. • Deliver training related to employment law matters.
🎯 Requirements
• Qualified lawyer in Brazil, Colombia or another jurisdiction in the LATAM region. • 5-8 years of employment law experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department. • Experience managing health and safety or occupational risk matters, as well as accommodations, is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
