• Minimum 5 years of HR operations experience • Proficient in both written and verbal English (French mandatory) • Strong administration background • Literacy with MS Office, Zendesk, Jira, Workday and Salesforce • Basic knowledge of labour legislation throughout EMEA region • Ability to work in an international team • Ability to work in a dynamic environment • Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills • Proven problem-solving abilities • Experience in stakeholder management • Strong communication skills • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
