• Serve as the in-house legal expert on employment matters across the EMEA region. • Provide strategic legal advice and ensure compliance with local labor laws. • Manage a team of regional employment lawyers. • Oversee employment law advice and support across the EMEA region. • Provide high-quality legal advice on individual and collective employment issues. • Partner with HR teams and leadership to develop and implement employment practices.
• Qualified lawyer in one or more EMEA jurisdictions, with 10+ years of experience in employment law, including law firm practice and in-house legal departments. • Experience working with multinational employers across various jurisdictions on a broad range of national and international employment law matters. • Excellent legal judgment, demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities, and business-sensitive analytical skills. • Experience managing and leading a team of legal professionals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, written communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through clear and concise messaging and legal advice. • Capacity to operate in a complex, global environment with ease and fluidity, while driving and influencing results. • Vision and experience in strategic initiatives beyond tactical implementation, including balancing legal and business needs while assessing appropriate risk to make meaningful decisions. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
