• We are seeking a Senior Employment Counsel, Manager - EMEA to join our dynamic legal team. • Serve as the in-house legal expert on employment matters across the EMEA region. • Provide strategic legal advice, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and manage a team.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in one or more EMEA jurisdictions, with 10+ years of experience in employment law, including law firm practice and in-house legal departments. • Experience working with multinational employers across various jurisdictions on a broad range of national and international employment law matters. • Excellent legal judgment, demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities, and business-sensitive analytical skills. • Experience managing and leading a team of legal professionals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, written communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through clear and concise messaging and legal advice. Able to effectively engage with stakeholders, leaders, and cross-functional teams. • Capacity to operate in a complex, global environment with ease and fluidity, while driving and influencing results. • Vision and experience in strategic initiatives beyond tactical implementation, including balancing legal and business needs while assessing appropriate risk to make meaningful decisions. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
