• You will be the acting design lead responsible for overseeing the design and user experience (UX/UI) of our AI web and mobile apps. • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered designs. • Lead the end-to-end design process for both web and mobile apps, from concept to final implementation. • Develop a strong, consistent visual identity and user experience across all platforms. • Ensure AI features are designed with transparency and usability in mind, enhancing user interaction with the AI system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Design Lead, UX/UI Designer, or similar role with a focus on web and mobile applications. • Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, for both web and mobile form factors. • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and how AI can enhance the user experience. • Experience in leading design and mentoring junior designers. • Ability to work cross-functionally • Solid communication skills and ability to present complex ideas clearly.
