• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance as needed • Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions and information • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution • Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality customer service • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role • Proficient in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM systems • Committed in providing outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
