Description
• An HR Specialist develops and implements human resources programs. • Providing human resources services, onboarding staff, support members. • Processing contracts, updating records, improving retention levels, enforcing safety and health policies. • Vendor Management • Maintaining and updating IC records and documentation. • Preparing HR-related reports and documentation as required. • Coordinating IC onboarding activities and orientation sessions. • Driving a service-oriented culture focused on employee engagement, quality and service excellence. • Responding to IC inquiries and addressing HR-related issues. • Assisting in the organization of training and development programs.
Requirements
• Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or HR support role is preferred. • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws is an advantage. • Must be detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with integrity. • Willingness to work from home permanently.
