• Conducting research, sourcing, and recruiting candidates • Prescreening and paper screening candidates • Creating tracking systems for all candidates • Collaborating with managers to identify future talent needs • Managing online portals and job postings • Measuring and reporting sourcing metrics
• 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, or any similar role • Extensive experience in using different channels, social network sites, online portals, and resume databases to source out potential candidates • Hands-on experience in using tools, applications, and systems for talent acquisition • Familiarity in creating sourcing plans and implementing strategies to improve candidate search • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience in a healthcare/medical related field (Preferred but not required) • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.) (Preferred but not required)
