ā¢ Conduct full cycle screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. ā¢ Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a positive and seamless process. ā¢ Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. ā¢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
ā¢ Highly proficient in the English Language (Both written and oral) ā¢ Must be efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite ā¢ At least 1 year of experience in high volume recruiting and talent acquisition ā¢ A year of experience in Human Resources is preferred ā¢ Willing to work from home permanently
