• Conduct full cycle screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage, ensuring a positive and seamless process. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Highly proficient in the English Language (Both written and oral) • Must be efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite • At least 1 year of experience in high volume recruiting and talent acquisition • A year of experience in Human Resources is preferred • Willing to work from home permanently
