• Implementation & Training: • Assist customers in the setup, configuration, and onboarding of TM Flow Cloud 7 CSS. • Deliver effective training sessions using platforms such as Zoom and Google Meetings. • Educate customers on software features and functionality to maximize their usage. • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: • Provide timely and professional technical support via phone, text, email, and virtual platforms. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to TM Flow Cloud software and connected devices. • Use TeamViewer to remotely access customer systems for troubleshooting and issue resolution. • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary while maintaining ownership of the customer experience. • Customer Communication: • Maintain clear and empathetic communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding. • Update customers on the progress of their technical issues or requests. • Document support interactions in the system to ensure accurate records and continuity of service.
• Proficient in using TeamViewer, Zoom, Google Meetings, Google Calendar, and TM Flow software. • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patience and empathy. • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
