β’ Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred. β’ Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Ability to build rapport and engage potential clients effectively. β’ Strong persuasive skills and confidence in making outbound calls. β’ Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. β’ Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude. β’ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. β’ Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
