📋 Description

• ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Telemarketers. • In this role, you will reach out to potential clients to promote our services, generate leads, and enhance our customer database. • As a Telemarketer, your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate our value proposition and secure appointments or interest from prospective clients. • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and generate interest. • Utilize a provided script while maintaining a conversational tone to engage and persuade potential clients. • Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to highlight relevant service benefits. • Document and track interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. • Achieve individual and team targets for call volume, leads generated, and appointments set. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns during calls. • Continuously seek feedback to improve telemarketing techniques and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred. • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build rapport and engage potential clients effectively. • Strong persuasive skills and confidence in making outbound calls. • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. • Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
