β€’ ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Telemarketers. β€’ In this role, you will reach out to potential clients to promote our services, generate leads, and enhance our customer database. β€’ As a Telemarketer, your primary responsibility will be to effectively communicate our value proposition and secure appointments or interest from prospective clients. β€’ Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and generate interest. β€’ Utilize a provided script while maintaining a conversational tone to engage and persuade potential clients. β€’ Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to highlight relevant service benefits. β€’ Document and track interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. β€’ Achieve individual and team targets for call volume, leads generated, and appointments set. β€’ Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns during calls. β€’ Continuously seek feedback to improve telemarketing techniques and outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred. β€’ Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to build rapport and engage potential clients effectively. β€’ Strong persuasive skills and confidence in making outbound calls. β€’ Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. β€’ Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude. β€’ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. β€’ Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
