Description

• You will work with a fast-growing European B2B tech startup specialising in blockchain solutions for financial services institutions, banks, and supply chain companies. • As a Communications and Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s global communication and event efforts. • You will manage their presence across digital platforms, media outlets, and at key industry events, ensuring all communications are timely, consistent, and aligned with their brand message. • In this position, you will work closely with the Brand & Communications Manager, assisting in the production, coordination, and distribution of communication materials. • Coordinate and support the implementation of communication strategies across digital and traditional media channels. • Assist in the planning and execution of company and industry events. • Ensure all external-facing content is consistent with the brand and strategic messaging. • Organise and maintain communication assets and documentation in the company’s cloud storage.

Requirements

• Familiarity with social media management and content creation. • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks efficiently. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail. • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. • Previous experience in event coordination and design oversight is a plus. • Experience with HubSpot will be a valuable asset. • Multilingual skills (French, Dutch, Arabic, or other) would be an asset.
