• Join an Israeli based Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) digital marketing that empowers brands to become industry frontrunners. • Manage high-budget video campaigns across major digital platforms, focusing on optimising performance and maximising ROI. • Analyse marketing activities, track results, and seek to improve conversions. • Collaborate closely with the creative team to conceptualise and develop new marketing strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Finance/Engineering/Psychology or similar is non-negotiable • At least 3 to 4 years of experience managing significant budgets, with a deep understanding of video performance campaigns (highly required) • High analytical ability (will be tested through online assessments) and the ability to learn various advanced analytical tools (Google Analytics and similar) • Able to multitask and prioritise among many competing needs in a fast-paced, fluid environment, and ensure delivery dates are met • Ability to handle high budgets for performance campaigns. • Fluent in English • Ability to work hours aligned to Central Africa Time +1 (8 hours per day)
