📋 Description

• Join our fast-growing company as our first Growth Team member, working directly with founders to manage our podcast-driven customer acquisition engine. • You'll be responsible for end-to-end growth operations, leveraging AI technology to optimize and scale our processes. • Additionally you will own communication with clients and talents, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, follow-ups and updates related to growth operations. • Manage the guest booking pipeline and communication. • Execute outreach campaigns to secure high-value podcast guests. • Prepare and distribute materials for hosts and guests, ensuring seamless collaboration. • Coordinate recording schedules and manage follow-ups. • Generate show notes and social media content using AI tools. • Upload and manage website content, ensuring accurate distribution. • Execute social media strategies across platforms to boost audience engagement. • Oversee cold email outreach campaigns, driving lead generation. • Manage the sales pipeline and follow-up processes. • Maintain and optimize CRM systems for efficiency and accuracy. • Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Manage and own email communication with clients and talents using CRM tools to organize and streamline communication processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales. • Strong interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI. • Proven experience with CRM systems and email automation tools. • Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills. • A self-motivated, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
