• Develop & Execute Campaigns: Plan and launch influencer marketing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to enhance brand visibility and engagement. • Influencer Outreach: Research, identify, and cultivate relationships with influencers who align with brand values and target audience. • Content Coordination: Partner with influencers to create compelling, brand-consistent content that resonates with target demographics. • Performance Tracking: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and ROI, to inform and optimize future campaigns. • Stay Current on Trends: Monitor industry and social media trends, identifying new approaches to keep campaigns relevant and impactful. • Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate with social media, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize campaign impact.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital PR, preferably within a remote or distributed team setting. • Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow influencer relationships across social media platforms. • Strong understanding of influencer marketing tools, platforms, and performance metrics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Highly organized with experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines. • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and making data-driven decisions. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with the team.
