• The role: You will work with a fast-growing European B2B tech startup specialising in blockchain solutions for financial services institutions, banks, and supply chain companies. • Position: Talent Acquisition Partner. • Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role and department. • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. • Sourcing: Proactively source passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referrals. • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment needs. • Candidate Experience: Ensure a high level of candidate experience, delivering timely and constructive feedback throughout the process. • Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilise data to track key recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimise the recruitment process. • Join our team and be part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your skills and expertise will make a real impact.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruitment. • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruiting for roles in a B2B/SaaS/Blockchain environment is a plus. • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent. • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant recruitment technologies. • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions. • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Problem Solver: Proactive in identifying challenges and finding solutions to enhance the recruitment process. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
