Requirements

• Previous experience as a recruiter with at least 3 years' experience in recruiting preferably in a remote or virtual environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with a commitment to ethical recruiting practices
