• Support the Gluware Sales team to gain the technical win in complex network automation sales campaigns. • Design solutions to customer challenges utilizing the Gluware platform integrated with third party solutions such as ITSM, CMDB, IPAM and CI/CD pipelines. • Perform product demonstrations for Gluware customers and partners. • Drive effective proof of concept (PoC) engagements with Gluware prospects. • Deliver custom automations to PoC prospects and existing customers. • Create and deliver targeted technical sales presentations. • Collaborate with Gluware Engineering, Service Delivery, Sales and Support teams to promote excellent customer experience. • Collaborate with Gluware Solutions Architect peers to solve unique customer challenges. • Maintain market awareness of network, cloud and competitive technologies. • Act as trusted automation advisor to customers.
• 5+ years of experience with Enterprise network architectures, products, and configurations including cloud, data center, SD-WAN and network technologies • 3+ years of customer facing Presales experience • Expertise in CLI configurations, regular expressions and JavaScript or Python scripting • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Ansible and Terraform • Expertise in data modeling using JSON YANG, YAML or XML • Hands on experience with REST API integrations • Familiarity with Linux administration • Working knowledge of public and hybrid cloud platforms including AWS, MS Azure and GCP • Working knowledge of industry leading virtualization and container solutions • Very strong communication and presentation skills • Results-driven, problem solver ready to work in a growth stage company.
