Description

• The individual Dealer Auditor reviews the administration of General Motors policies and procedures as provided in the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement. • This review includes dealership practices relative to sales incentive claims and dealer objective program payouts. • Completes onsite audits and electronic audits as assigned. • Determines the compliance of these claims with the rules and policies. • Constructs a concise, accurate and consistent audit report. • Presents the audit findings to the Dealer, their personnel and GM field personnel. • Presents best practices and acts as trusted advisor to the dealer and GM SSM/CCA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 5-7 experience in wholesale dealer direct contact or dealership operations • Detailed knowledge of Dealership operations and GM Policies and Procedures in relation to new vehicle sales • Previous Retail Dealer Sales Operation experience • Willingness to travel up to 30 weeks a year • The ability to deal with inconsistency, adversity, and change • Well-developed oral and written communication skills • High-level of people skills to work effectively with others
