📋 Description
• Location: Berlin, Lisbon, London, Gibraltar or remote (Europe and UK) • We are a leading blockchain infrastructure provider, offering innovative technology solutions to businesses worldwide. • As Legal Counsel, you will support our daily operations, business development efforts and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. • Key responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts; • Provide advice on employment law matters; • Assist in resolving disputes related to contracts; • Collaborate with software and product development teams; • Manage corporate governance matters; • Stay updated on relevant legislation and case law. • Liaise with external legal counsel as needed. • Coordinate cross-functional legal input across various business functions.
🎯 Requirements
• 1-2 years of post-qualification experience, with exposure to blockchain/tech sector; • Fully qualified lawyer in the UK or Europe with experience working in a top law firm or in-house legal department; • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to explain complex legal matters to non-legal stakeholders; • Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, with strong time management and organizational skills; • Strong understanding of the legal aspects of decentralized technologies, smart contracts, and blockchain; • Ability to present information in a clear, concise and logical manner. • Native English speaker.
