📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We’re seeking a skilled Bookkeeper with knowledge of Zoho and accounting principles to join our team. • If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and have a knack for numbers, this role is for you! • Maintain Financial Records: Accurately record daily financial transactions in Zoho Books and other systems. • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and financial data regularly. • Support Budgeting: Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts. • Compliance: Ensure records are maintained in compliance with legal and company policies. • Generate Reports: Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other management reports. • Assist with Audits: Provide support during financial audits or tax filings. • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous bookkeeping experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles. • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and other Zoho applications is essential. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools. • High level of accuracy and commitment to maintaining error-free records. • Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-financial team members. • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
