• This is a remote position. • We’re looking for a skilled Email Marketer to join our team and take charge of crafting, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that engage and convert. • If you have a passion for creating impactful email strategies and a results-driven mindset, this is the role for you! • Email Campaign Development: Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns. • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging email templates that reflect brand guidelines. • Ensure all emails adhere to best practices, including responsive design for mobile and desktop. • Audience Segmentation & Personalization: Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics to ensure relevant targeting. • Use dynamic content and personalization techniques to enhance user engagement. • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to evaluate campaign success. • A/B test subject lines, email content, and CTAs to optimize performance. • Generate reports and insights on campaign performance and recommend improvements. • Compliance & Deliverability: Ensure email campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations. • Manage email deliverability and maintain a clean email list by monitoring bounce rates and unsubscribe requests. • Tools & Platforms: Use email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, or similar) to schedule, send, and track campaigns. • Work with CRM tools to integrate email marketing efforts with broader marketing strategies.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or SaaS environment. • Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns). • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and email list management. • Knowledge of email best practices, including responsive design and accessibility. • Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template customization. • Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
