Description
• Planet Technologies, the Nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as a Dynamics Architect. • In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that benefit our country. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Service Module, including case management, omnichannel communication, and knowledge management. • This role requires proficiency in using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI for advanced analytics and visualizations.
Requirements
• Clearance: Active Secret clearance is required • Location: Remote with occasional travel to Washington, DC
