• As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help build buzz, connect with customers, and grow the client’s brand presence. • This role includes projects like content creation, graphic design, lead generation, and data tracking. • You’ll work directly with the CEO and Co-Founder on various projects to shape the marketing and sales approach across California (and beyond!). • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and research potential partners, conduct outreach to invite accounts to sample our agave wine. • Data & Admin Support: Track outreach activity, follow-ups, and interest in a simple CRM or spreadsheet. • Content & Graphic Design: Design eye-catching visuals in Canva for marketing materials and assist in planning marketing campaigns.
• Legally eligible to work in PH as an Independent Contractor • Strong fluency in written and verbal English • You must have your own laptop / computer and secure, high speed, secure internet access • 2+ years in a Digital Marketing, Sales Development or similar role • Proficient in spreadsheet management (Excel / Google Sheets) or and database software • Graphic Design experience to include Canva, Figma (or similar) • You’re a confident communicator —comfortable hopping on calls or emails with potential leads. • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling different tasks. • Bonus for : Experience in fast-paced US based start-ups • Industry knowledge: consumer goods, food & beverage, hospitality
