📋 Description
• Responsible for providing support for systems related to the OpSus Cloud • Ensure customer calls and requests are addressed in a timely manner • Monitor infrastructure and respond to alerts • Engage in continuous improvement of services and processes
🎯 Requirements
• One year or more of experience in Microsoft and Linux OS support • End-user and infrastructure desktop support experience preferred • Working knowledge of Microsoft OS, networking concepts, and computer hardware required • Experience in executing systems patching and updates required • Customer Service, Call Center, Help Desk experience preferred • Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Storage, A+, Network+ a plus
