Description

• We need an English-fluent Accounts Receivable Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. • We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. • An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills. • Responsibilities include posting payments to customer accounts, reviewing unapplied payments, month-end closing, maintaining organized electronic files, and analyzing aging unapplied receipts.

Requirements

• 2+ years specialized Accounts Receivable experience in a computerized environment supplemented by additional years of computer work experienceCritical thinking and problem-solving skills are required. • Excellent communicator both written and verbal, and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business. • Advanced Excel. • Logistics industry experience is a plus. • NetSuite and/or Oracle Fusion experience a plus – including saved searches, formulas, reporting. • Experience working with multiple legal entities, multiple locations. • 2+ years of cash application experience desired. • Accurately and efficiently perform cash applications. • Detailed oriented. • Ability and willingness to learn quickly. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with constant deadlines. • Must be willing to work independently and also willing to work within the team. • Must have a positive attitude and willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
