Description

• You will be the primary point of contact for all client communications and provide Tier 1 support. • Through onboarding and Quarterly Business Reviews, you will foster enduring relationships with brands and agencies - helping them realize the full potential of Intentwise Ad Optimizer. • Your role includes educating clients about the Company's roadmap and offering insights into upcoming developments that can further enhance their strategies. • You will lead onboarding sessions for new and existing clients, understanding their goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. • 6+ years of work experience in Customer Success. • 3+ years of Amazon Ads or Walmart Advertising experience. • 3+ years of Client Relationship Management. • Exceptional client management and communication skills. • 1+ years of Intentwise or other similar advertising software experience is a plus. • Proficient in English. • A minimum of 6 hours of time overlap with US Pacific Standard Time Zone is required.

Benefits

• This position includes a 3-month trial period, with the possibility of extension to a long-term. • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform. • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
