Description

• We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. • An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills. • Participate in customer acquisition processes by providing product demos, answering technical queries, and offering assistance in identifying business use cases for AI/ML solutions. • Serve as the first point of contact for all technical aspects related to data science, AI/ML, and product features. • Respond to customer queries within the same business day for queries received during business hours. • Support the resolution of technical or non-technical issues that may hinder the success of a prospect or customer, escalating to Sales, Customer Success, AI Deployment, or Product teams as necessary. • Proactively communicate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer communications. • Collaborate with prospects customers and team to define and implement solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with data science. • Experience with Python and SQL. • Experience in financial services. • Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Algorithms. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
