Description

• Oversee the backend of our Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, and page optimizations. • Implement and manage promotional campaigns on the Shopify & Zipify platform. • Assist with email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo. • Develop marketing materials and visuals with basic to intermediate Photoshop skills. • Support social media marketing initiatives. • Coordinate and manage executive schedules, including meeting planning and follow-up tasks. • Maintain organized records and files.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with marketing or e-commerce experience preferred. • Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, and Photoshop. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment.
