• We need an English-fluent Media Buyer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. • Your primary goal is to scale Desktop Software installs by managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Google Ads. • Responsibilities include campaign management, market research, and analysis. • Analyze KPIs like CTR, conversion rates, and CPA to optimize campaigns for ROI. • Implement A/B testing and drive higher engagement and performance. • Independently identify new campaigns and collaborate to expand advertising initiatives.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buying. • Proven success in managing large budgets and high-volume campaigns. • Excellent financial skills and basic familiarity with Excel. • Strong experience with analyzing data and trends, including conversion rates, • click-through rates, and other common KPIs. • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads (Display and Search); YouTube and other • networks are a plus. • Basic SQL and/or Google Analytics knowledge is a plus. • Basic HTML or programming knowledge is a plus. • Strong Communication (written & oral). • Must also have excellent presentation and negotiation skills. • Have a successful work history of meeting deadlines and commitments. • Capable of adjusting to quickly shifting priorities. • Look for ways to achieve goals utilizing available resources. • Have a solid understanding of how online display and search advertising works. • Willingness to go above and beyond specific requirements and desire to exceed expectations.
