• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for digital advertising campaigns. • Design and animate social media assets optimized for various platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). • Develop visually compelling ad variations for A/B testing and performance optimization. • Collaborate with UA and Design teams to understand campaign objectives and metrics. • Experiment with diverse visual styles to maximize ad performance. • Optimize animations and assets for different platform specifications. • Iterate quickly based on performance data and campaign requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ y of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, specializing in User Acquisition. • Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design work, specifically in advertising. • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Lottie. • Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. • Proven track record of creating high-performing ad creative. • Strong understanding of social media platform specifications and requirements. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times. • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects. • Strong communication skills and ability to receive and implement Feedback.
