Description

• We need an English-fluent Reporting Analyst, based in Latin America, available to work remotely. • We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. • An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills. • Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases. • Design, build, and customize reporting dashboards using tools like Metabase and Superset. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboards. • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data presented in reporting dashboards. • Communicate complex data findings clearly to internal and customer-facing stakeholders to foster data-driven decision-making. • Stay updated with industry trends in data analysis and visualization to improve the platform’s capabilities. • Participate in training sessions and shadowing opportunities to learn effective navigation and interpretation of reporting dashboards. • Utilize billions of data points to generate ad hoc and automated reports for automotive dealer groups.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred. • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or product analyst role. • Proficient in SQL with a strong desire to write queries and optimize database performance. • Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase and Superset. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, Word). • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and PostgreSQL is a plus. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines. • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional development. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
