Description

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical sales engineering, solutions architecture, or customer-facing implementation roles. • Prior experience implementing B2B SaaS software for customer sizes ranging from small-medium businesses to enterprise level. • Experience leading pre-sales product trials contributing to a high win-rate conversion. • Strong technical proficiency with experience in software development, cloud computing, API integrations, and system architecture. • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively. • Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving long-term value. • Collaborative attitude, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving successful outcomes and exceeding customer expectations. • Ability to make quick and strategic decisions taking into account both high-level, business priorities as well as tactical, day-to-day operational needs. • Some experience with HTML, CSS, Rest APIs, Zapier, and basic scripting.
