Description

• Lead and manage the payroll implementation process for multiple clients, ensuring smooth transitions and timely project delivery. • Oversee a team of payroll implementation specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance management. • Develop project plans and ensure clear communication of project milestones to clients and internal teams. • Manage complex payroll implementations, including data migration, system configuration, payroll parallels, and data synchronization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, tax) and external partners to align on project deliverables and resolve any challenges. • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and addressing escalated issues with efficiency. • Monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines, proactively mitigating any risks or delays. • Report regularly on project status, performance metrics, and team achievements to senior management. • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and drive continuous improvements across the team. • Provide post-implementation "hypercare" to ensure a smooth transition to the operations team.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in hands on payroll processing, with a focus on multi-country or regional implementations. • 5-7 years of experience in payroll implementation and project management. • Strong expertise in managing complex data migration, payroll parallels, and system integration. • Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp or similar). • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. • Fluency in English, both written and verbal. • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with strong people management and leadership skills. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset in handling escalations and project challenges. • Client-focused approach, ensuring a high level of service delivery and client satisfaction. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
