• Join our team as a Sales Enablement Specialist, driving key sales enablement initiatives. • Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and operational support for our international sales team. • Manage and refresh sales content & resources and keep sales tools at peak performance. • Collaborate with Senior Sales Operations Manager on training and onboarding processes. • Oversee daily operations of key sales tools, ensuring data accuracy and troubleshooting issues. • Support training initiatives with video content creation and editing.
• 1.5-2 years of experience in a Sales Enablement role in a B2B environment. • Ability to manage and follow up on training sessions and onboarding plans. • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred). • Familiarity with LMS and experience with content creation is a strong plus. • Passion for technology and AI, with a keen interest in learning new tools. • Experience in video recording and editing (absolute plus!). • Solid project management skills, with experience in managing or supporting process improvement initiatives. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and fluency in English. • Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally. • Highly organized planner with strong time management skills. • A proactive team player and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fully remote environment.
