• Identify and research potential leads using a variety of sources • Work closely with the research team to identify and prioritize prospects • Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' needs and challenges • Launch campaigns to contact key decision makers and decision influencers • Build and maintain relationships with prospects by providing relevant and valuable information • Align with Marketing and work closely with the International Sales Team to provide support • Take the initiative to showcase your skills and capabilities • Accurately update and maintain prospect and lead information in the CRM system • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
• 1.5-2 years of experience in a client facing role (online or phone call) as a BDR/SDR/Sales support or similar sales-related role • Highly motivated, tenacious and detailed oriented. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in additional languages, especially those relevant to our target markets, would be advantageous. • Business development, customer service, or consultancy background, preferably within the Human Capital Management. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation and relationship building. • Familiarity with alternative outreach methods, such as video and audio messaging, to effectively engage prospects. • Very good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving sales environment. • Knowledge of CRM systems and experience in data management. • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. • AI affinity – basic knowledge of ChatGPT or other AI systems that can help making your work more efficient
