Description
• Responsible for managing compliance and legal matters at HFD. • Develop compliance policies and procedures. • Review and revise compliance policies. • Conduct regular audits and oversee protocols. • Manage relationships with compliance vendors and finance partners. • Provide legal advice on compliance regulations and transactions. • Serve as legal advisor on major transactions. • Manage legal disputes and related investigations.
Requirements
• Juris doctor (JD) required. • California Bar License required. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and/or legal roles • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong attention to detail
