• Recruit, manage, and acquire affiliate partners, creating promotional campaigns to drive traffic, leads, platform trials, and revenue growth. • Develop and implement business strategies to grow the active affiliate base and impact on HighLevel. • Manage all aspects of affiliate acquisition, including intel tracking, affiliate trends, and contract compliance. • Understand and articulate the value proposition of the HighLevel platform to recruit prospective affiliates. • Lead projects and vendors, communicating effectively across all organizational levels. • Collaborate as a team member, executing roles and duties as outlined by senior management. • Analyze and establish metrics for affiliate engagement, satisfaction, and expansion to prioritize projects. • Nurture relationships with top partners to maximize marketing channel effectiveness and develop new performance approaches. • Demonstrate and justify work results, continuously developing strategies based on feedback and past experiment outcomes. • Adapt to a dynamic environment, reprioritizing tasks to meet new challenges. • Oversee complex projects with cross-functional collaboration. • Develop and execute the affiliate acquisition vision for the affiliate program, aligning with business goals. • Analyze and report on program performance to optimize strategies. • Prepare and maintain regular reports for senior leadership, focusing on affiliate acquisition performance KPIs • Negotiate contracts with affiliate partners to secure favorable terms. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams for cohesive program execution. • Provide leadership and mentorship to the affiliate team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment and perform well in high-pressure environments. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the program.
• BA/BS in a Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent SaaS Experience required • 8+ years minimum of diverse SaaS Sales, Digital Advertising, Digital Marketing, Agency Sales, Account Management or Business Development experience • 5+ years of managing and scaling affiliate marketing programs at a SaaS or Product-Led Growth startup or affiliate marketing agency, preferred • Working Knowledge of topics such as Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO • You have warm relationships with strategic partners you’ve worked with before who have a large audience of entrepreneurs, marketers, and key decision-makers • Comfort in public speaking and presentations to a variety of audiences • Strong experience using data/analytics tools to measure the impact of your work and develop new projects • Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas • Proficiency in professional writing and or copywriting skills • A strong technical aptitude to help our users succeed with the HighLevel software • Experience working with and or ability to learn the use of various CRM Systems • Working Knowledge of the following applications strongly preferred: Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and other social media
