Description
• Manage and inspire a team of engineers • Strategize and project management • Mentor and coach team members • Perform evaluations and provide feedback • Plan for fast and flexible delivery • Increase efficiency by implementing patterns, frameworks, and processes • Improve product and engineering quality • Help drive product strategy • Design and plan flexible architecture for evolving business needs
Requirements
• Extensive hands-on experience with Node.Js and Vue.Js (or React/Angular) • Experience with scaling the services to at least 200k+ MAUs • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study • 5+ years of engineering experience with 1+ years of management experience • Expertise with MongoDB, and fluency with sharding, and indexing • Proficiency in Message Queues • Strong people, communication, and problem-solving skills
