• HighLevel is a cloud-based, all-in-one white-label marketing and sales platform that empowers marketing agencies, entrepreneurs, and businesses to elevate their digital presence and drive growth. • Our goal as an employer is to maintain a strong company culture, foster creativity and collaboration, and encourage a healthy work-life balance for our employees wherever they call home. • The Expansion Products team focuses exclusively on products that can demonstrate adoption, drive up engagement in target segments and are easily monetizable. • We’re looking for a skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Membership Platform Team, focusing on UI performance optimization, design system consistency, and frontend infrastructure improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of frontend development experience and 1+ years in a lead role or similar position. • Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js [preferred], React.js, or Angular). • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.). • Deep understanding of browser rendering, performance profiling, lazy loading, caching strategies, and optimization techniques. • Experience optimizing high-traffic, large-scale applications for performance and scalability. • Experience working with component-based design systems (e.g., Storybook, Figma). • Familiarity with state management solutions (Vuex, Redux, Pinia) and modern frontend architectures. • Experience with monitoring and debugging tools (e.g., Lighthouse, Sentry, Web Vitals). • Comfortable working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, backend integrations and Cloud Platforms. • Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
