Requirements
• Proven experience in leading large-scale AI-driven projects and teams • Expertise in large-scale conversational agents and response evaluation frameworks • Deep understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), including knowledge graphs, chunking, and reranking strategies • Extensive experience with Node.js • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in leadership or management roles • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
