• Source and engage highly skilled professionals for tech and non tech roles • Stay abreast of the company’s plans and build a strong pipeline of candidates for both current and future hiring needs • Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies • Source candidates from platforms like Instahyre, Naukri, Cutshort, IIM Jobs, LinkedIn and referrals • Perform initial screening and qualification of candidates based on experience, skills, domain expertise and expectations • Support diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from varied backgrounds. Contribute to sourcing strategies for diverse talent • Manage candidate profiles through the ATS for validation and tracking • Provide regular updates to recruiting stakeholders and leadership on sourcing progress • Engage candidates by sharing HighLevel’s unique business story and opportunities. Coach candidates on career opportunities and what makes HighLevel stand out
• 2+ years in the recruiting space with at least 1 year of proven experience in talent research, sourcing, and market mapping • Hands-on experience using various sourcing tools and platforms to recruit tech or non tech talent • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Creative thinker who uses innovative strategies to identify and source talent from emerging pools
