Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. •7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry. •Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and brand growth. •Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications •A deep understanding of how web3 and open source communities develop. •Servant leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives. •Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, social media management tools, and marketing automation software. •Data driven, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies. •Proactive and motivated, with a passion for all things Web3. •Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
