Description

• As Financial Controller, manage the full accounting process at Motive. • Provide technical accounting leadership and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. • Own the month end cycle, ensuring accurate and timely closing and reporting. • Manage statutory filings and maintain accurate tax records. • Build and manage relationships with third party accounting providers.

Requirements

• Holds an Accounting Qualification (CPA or similar). • Demonstrates strength in application of current technical accounting knowledge. • Understanding of project accounting and software accounting concepts. • Willingness and ability to travel internationally from time to time (expected less than 10%). • Demonstrates ability to communicate and work with the business as a business partner. • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment. • Experience of multiple entities / countries / currencies within a Group organization. • 8 years experience • Understanding of project accounting and software accounting concepts • Strong on use of accounting/ERP software, comfortable with Microsoft Office tools.
